1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account on Rekon AI or uploading any client records, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an accounting firm, you represent that you have authority to bind the firm.
2. Usage Limitations & Client Data
You retain all intellectual property rights to your client data, bank statements, and reconciliation logs. You represent that you have obtained the necessary consent from your clients to upload their data to Rekon AI for transaction parsing.
3. Disclaimers & Liabilities
Rekon AI provides suggestion matches using exact and fuzzy logic. However, final reconciliation matches must be reviewed and approved by a qualified user. We are not responsible for closing errors, tax misfilings, or auditing penalties resulting from automated match suggestions.
