1. Data Collection
We collect bank transaction statements, ledger descriptions, user accounts, and configuration metadata solely to perform transaction matching. All uploaded statement files are parsed in isolated virtual environments and processed securely.
2. Data Isolation & Multi-Tenancy
Rekon operates under strict tenant-isolation models. Every firm's data is isolated using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS). Database queries are scoped via connection parameters ensuring that cross-tenant access is physically blocked at the database query level.
3. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell or trade your financial or client data. Integrations with QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage are authorized explicitly by you via OAuth 2.0. Data synced from these systems is stored with 256-bit AES encryption.
