Yes. One purchase covers unlimited projects, for yourself or for clients, and you can charge clients for the sites you build with it. What you can't do is resell or share the template itself. The licence is at mapsignals.tech/templates/license.

Next.js 16 with the App Router, React 19, Tailwind CSS 4, shadcn/ui on Base UI, Motion for animation, and TypeScript. Every template has light and dark themes and works from a small phone to a wide desktop. You need Node.js 20.9 or newer to run one, and it deploys to Vercel or any host that runs Next.js.

A little helps. The words are in one file (content.ts) and the colours and fonts in two more, and the README shows what to change. New pages or features need someone comfortable with React. If you'd rather not touch the code, we'll set it up for you.

One template is $49, and you can use it for as many of your own and client sites as you like. All-access is $149, paid once, for every template we sell now and every one we add later, with the same licence and free updates.

Yes, free. When we fix or improve a template, we email everyone who bought it a link to the new version. All-access buyers get each new template the same way, as it comes out.

Not if you change your mind, buy the wrong one or decide not to use it: a download can't be given back, so click through the live preview before you buy. If a template doesn't install, build or run as its README describes, or doesn't match its page on our site, we fix it, and if we can't do that within a reasonable time, we refund it. We also refund you if you're charged twice or the wrong amount, or if your download never arrives and we can't fix that. If you're a consumer in the EU or the UK, you can cancel within 14 days and get a full refund, as long as you haven't started the download. Yes. We install it, add your words, photos and logo, connect your forms and your domain, and hand it over. Tell us what you need in the contact form and we'll reply within one business day with a custom quote for your scope.
