1. Firm-Level Tenant Isolation (RLS)
Rekon enforces row-level security (RLS) policies directly inside the database layer. All client ledger information is tied to a specific firm ID, and database sessions are restricted to query only matching tenant identifiers. This design eliminates cross-tenant data leak bugs entirely.
2. Encryption Standards
All data transferred between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Once stored, statements and ledger records are encrypted at rest using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) keys managed securely in Key Management Service (KMS).
3. Compliance & Audit Logs
We track and log every action taken inside our dashboard—including statement uploads, matching overrides, exports, and setting adjustments. These tamper-proof audit trails help you maintain firm compliance and simplify your audit closes.
